Pet Roc Games is a fledgling (heh) game company, but it's perhaps easier to describe it as just one guy who makes games, only with different tax implications.  That guy is me, Thom Mathews.

I love exploring a system of rules and finding the best pathways, the hidden shortcuts, and the cracks at the edges. I love it so much that I decided to create my own systems to explore, and now my own company so that others can explore them, too.

I strive to design games that are engaging yet approachable.  I hope you can enjoy my games with both your hardcore gamer friends as well as those in your life who never realized there are, in fact, more than a couple dozen board games in the world.
